Just Pediatrics is a unique concept in some very distinct ways. We are a company designed
from the belief that we make a difference in people’s lives. Our company is based on some
fundamental philosophies that separate us from other companies. Our main philosophy can
best be described as Servant Leadership (www.Greenleaf.org). Coupled with this basic
philosophy, we believe good is the enemy of great and strive to build a great company. We
also know that being a small company in this highly competitive field is not going to be easy,
but it is the small and fast that eat the slow; not the large and slow that eat the small.

First, we will not pay commissioned sales people to recruit or manage our Nurses. This simply
does not work; the conflict of interest that exists in such a structure only yields sales strategies
that result in less than optimal results for everyone we serve; the Nurses we partner with to the
facilities we provide services, to the patients that are the ultimate consumer. If you have come
to this website because you have not been served by those who are intended to lead you, we
request you give us the opportunity to show you how a company created with the desire to
serve can deliver on your high expectations.

Secondly, we are a company designed to empower Nurses to do the life work they have chosen
as a profession. We seek Nurses that are in touch with or want to rekindle their desire to make
a difference in the world. We want to support Nurses to go out into the world community and
make a difference. We are structuring partnerships with non-profit organizations to supply
them with the trained Nurses they need to fulfill their missions. We will provide you the
resources, whether money, paid time off, or simply a friend for company to go on a mission trip
and make a difference. We believe this a key distinction to what other staffing companies offer
or provide. Even if you do not choose to go on a mission with one of our partners, you will
know that a portion of the revenue you generate will be utilized to create opportunities for other
Nurses to go out into the world and make a difference for those in need.

Thirdly, we are a niche company dedicated to serving only the pediatric population. We
believe that this is paramount to our existence. We are a highly specialized family of Nurses
with special desires, dreams and goals; not only for ourselves, but also for our patients. Plainly
put, we love children. We believe this makes us unique in the eyes of our communities, our
hospitals we serve, as well as the parents of sick and well children alike. It also makes us
unique in this world in a way that commitment and dedication to our profession is unequaled.
